We're looking for a Finance Assistant who's a whiz at juggling different tasks and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:- Reconcile bank accounts daily, including posting transactions to Sage.
- Manage Purchase and Sales Ledgers, including conducting weekly debtor reviews.
- Handle daily Direct Debits and weekly payment collections across various platforms.
- Take care of supplier payments and manage weekly refund runs.
- Prepare monthly spreadsheets and help the team with reconciliations and other tasks to prep for management accounts.
- Work closely with the operations team to sort out any issues.
- Deal with queries from tour operators and travel agents.
- Generate reports to help with data audits.
- You've got killer Excel skills (think VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).
- You're great at handling large volumes of data.
- Your communication skills are top-notch.
- You're a pro with Microsoft Office.
- You're independent but also play well with others.
- Having A Level Maths, Accountancy, or some AAT courses under your belt would be awesome, but it's not a deal-breaker if you've got relevant experience.
