In this role as a Learning Support Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to provide dedicated 1:1 support to KS3 & KS4 students with complex learning difficulties following carefully structured Educational Care Plans.

Learning Support Assistant - Role Information:
- Providing 1:1 support to secondary students with SEN
- Following carefully structured Education Care Plan
- Working with students both inside and out of the classroom setting
- Paid 95.00 per day during term time - 08.30am - 15.30pm working hours
- Monday to Friday position - September 2025 to July 2026

Learning Support Assistant - Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:2 UK based Psychology or Childhood Studies degree
- Prior experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring
- Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
- Excellent organisation and communication skillset
- Ability to build genuine rapport with students
