**Immediately Required Temporary Purchasing Administrator - Wirral
We are delighted to be working with a global business to recruit for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their Wirral team on a temporary contract (3 months) with an immediate start
This role will suit someone who is adept at managing deadlines, prioritising workloads and can multitask who can commit to a 12-week contract in a fully office based role

Role Details:
As Administrator to the Purchasing and Shipping team you will work along two teams where you will
- Attend, update weekly production and despatch scheduling meetings to assess need for raw material purchases
- Make decisions on raw material suppliers on the Approved Supplier list
- Obtain quotations and negotiate purchase terms of existing supplier and evaluate potential suppliers
- Issue purchase contracts, collate invoices, delivery notes and sales invoices
- Compile import and export records for HM Revenue & Customs
- Provide documents to suppliers, shipping agents and import agents as appropriate and compile import and export records for HM Revenue & Customs
- Raise, record and distribute export, sales invoices and sales contracts ensuring all documentation is completed and filed on Sage
- Advise customers on despatch details
You will
- Be immediately available and able to commit to an office based contract
- Have proven experience in Purchasing as a priority
- Strong IT skills (Excel0
- Knowledge of Sage is desirable
