Job Details:
- Pay: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour
- Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7:15am - 5pm
- Duration: Temp to Perm
- Benefits: Permanent role after successful probation
Job Role: As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components ranging from 1mm to 4mm in thickness. The role involves minor fabrication work, interpreting technical drawings, and constructing containers, tanks, and water heaters. This is a hands-on role requiring precision and consistency in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous experience in TIG welding and working with thin gauge stainless steel
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Fabrication & Welding
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Coded in TIG welding
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
