Location - North Aberdeenshire Area 

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service? Our client, a dynamic and growing financial advice firm, is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to support their expert advisers in guiding clients toward smarter financial decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business applications and maintaining accurate client records
  • Assisting advisers with trades and platform-related tasks
  • Managing client queries and documentation with precision and care
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working with financial products in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office (desirable but not essential)
