Countrystyle Recycling are proud to operate the largest independent fleet of modern waste management vehicles in Kent, London and the South East. Our fleet vehicles include dustcarts, skip trucks, hook loaders and bulk haulage lorries.

About The Role:

To assist and enhance Countrystyle's Sales function through administrative support of the sales team and developing the Company's broker service offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with key brokers.
  • Booking on all new sites for Trade Waste.
  • Setting up all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for brokers for all Trade Waste and Weighbridge.
  • Provide recycling reports and figures for brokers.
  • Send brokers information and breakdown of where their waste goes, what the process is & the recycling/landfill avoidance percentage.
  • Undertake monthly Trade Waste billing list checks.
  • Undertake weekly Weighbridge, Skips, Rollons and Artic billing list checks (price checks).
  • Merge broker accounts when needed e.g. when one broker company take over another.
  • Generate and supply information needed on coverage, services we provide & rate cards to brokers.
  • Check, sign and return annual waste transfer notes for brokers.
  • Broker weight data management - running reports and implementing changes.
  • Produce brokers monthly and weekly reports.

About you:

Essential:

  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Effective communicator across all business levels both for external and internal customers
  • Computer literate (emails, MS Office)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven administration experience
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team.

  • Experience of Waste industry
