- Experience as in a joinery/woodworking environment
- Knowledge and experience of manufacturing joinery/doors/windows.
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety
- Knowledge of different woodworking tools and machinery as well as hand and power tools
- A meticulous and organised nature
- Must be confident consulting with suppliers and co-workers
- Manufaturing experience of specialist joinery
