Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service department. Within this role you will be managing a team of 5 people and you will be responsible for developing strategies to improve customer service throughout the business.
Duties to Include:
- Managing a small team of 5
- Implementing policies, procedures and best practices
- Providing coaching and and training
- KPI management
- Working with the marketing team to enhance brand experience
Experience/Skills Required:
- 3- 5 years of experience in customer service with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analysis skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM systems
- Experience in process improvement
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday
