Are you an ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact in the cyber security and data privacy industry? IT Governance, a GRC Solutions Company, a leading consultancy in governance, risk, and compliance, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive our growth and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for winning new business and engaging with prospective customers
  • Articulate the GRC Solutions value proposition to customers
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts
  • Earn trust and build relationships with senior executives
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Handle bids, pitches, and tenders
  • Pipeline management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain knowledge of the GRC market and competitors
  • Provide customer feedback to support sales strategy
Skills and Experience

Essential
  • Proven track record in bringing in new business and high-value deals
  • Consistently hitting sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience in senior sales or key account management roles
  • Pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills
  • Contract management and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of the cyber security and data privacy compliance market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Desirable
  • Experience in basic contract law
  • Familiarity with key account methodology
