I am recruiting for our sister company who are a small but dynamic company based in Littleport. They are looking for a Training Coordinator to work closely with the Director on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities for the Training Coordinator
- Liaise confidently with stakeholders via email and phone
- Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring smooth scheduling
- Book and confirm training sessions with clients
- Set up and manage Microsoft Teams meetings
- Prepare, complete, and send training certificates to participants
- Oversee email inboxes and ensure timely responses and follow-ups
- Support the Director with various projects and administrative tasks
Working Hours
- 3 days a week flexible Monday to Thursday
- Between 12-16 hours a week within office hours
- Office-based role in Littleport
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in administration co-ordination / PA is required
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Teams
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
