I am recruiting for our sister company who are a small but dynamic company based in Littleport. They are looking for a Training Coordinator to work closely with the Director on a part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities for the Training Coordinator

  • Liaise confidently with stakeholders via email and phone
  • Manage a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring smooth scheduling
  • Book and confirm training sessions with clients
  • Set up and manage Microsoft Teams meetings
  • Prepare, complete, and send training certificates to participants
  • Oversee email inboxes and ensure timely responses and follow-ups
  • Support the Director with various projects and administrative tasks

Working Hours

  • 3 days a week flexible Monday to Thursday
  • Between 12-16 hours a week within office hours
  • Office-based role in Littleport

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in administration co-ordination / PA is required
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and Teams
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
