Description
Credit Controller (Immediate start):
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- Chase outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written communication
- Allocate incoming payments accurately to customer accounts
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries
- Prepare and distribute aged debt reports to management
- Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits for new customers
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Recommend accounts for escalation or legal action when necessary
Profile
Credit Controller (Immediate start):
- Immediately available or available on short notice
- 2+ years of credit control experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
