Position: Full-time Learning Support Assistant
Simply Education is recruiting for a caring and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Ely. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential, both academically and personally.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs (desirable).
- A nurturing, patient, and resilient nature.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships and encourage learning through trust and consistency.
- A willingness to undertake relevant training.
- A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
