A vacancy has arisen within our busy market leading warranty team for a Powertrain Aftersales Advisor who comes from an automotive warranty / service environment.


Key responsibilities will be to:

  • Take control of and process warranty claims from start to finish;
  • Provide outstanding customer service;
  • Provide information and advice to customers and suppliers;
  • Create warranty reports and supply replacement products.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Good technical knowledge of engines, gearboxes and turbos - a vehicle mechanic background would be advantageous;
  • Extremely high attention to detail;
  • Previous automotive industry experience;
  • A positive proactive attitude and display an ability to identify solutions to problems.


Hours of work will be Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 08:00 to 17:30 with a 20 minute morning break and a 30 minute lunch break (45 hour working week)
