- You will lead on developing and implementing HR strategies and people plans aligned to the business goals.

- Identifying organisational development with the leadership teams for future growth
- Collaborating with your COE expertise on reward strategies to maintain market competitiveness
- Acting as a Change Agent within the organisation
- You will be a strategic thinker as well as operational partner with established business acumen
- CIPD level 7 qualified
- Previous sector experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture or distribution would be an advantage for this role.
- The ability to work in an complex business with multiple stakeholders is key.
- You will be required to travel between two sites.
