We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our Ely based client. In this pivotal role, you'll be the link between customers and internal teams-delivering exceptional service and aiding the company's sales growth. You'll thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in the engineering sector, and play a key part in ensuring a smooth sales process from quote to order completion.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the Customer Support Inbox, responding to enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
* Process quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders, maintain accurate order books, and gather customer feedback.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to support sales efforts and address client needs.
* Maintain and update CRM system with accurate and timely information.
* Participate in daily production and review meetings with internal teams.
* Handle RMA requests and follow-up communications.
* Communicate any delays clearly and promptly to customers and Account Managers.
* Forward new account enquiries to the appropriate team members efficiently.

Requirements:
* A highly organised, methodical approach with strong administrative capabilities.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills-not afraid to speak up constructively
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to offer practical, solutions-focused input.
* A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across departments.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with MRP or CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
