Job Title:Quality Manager
Location:Ely, Cambridgeshire
Shift:Days(Monday-Friday)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

An national provider of construction solutions for a range of industries including Architectural, Agricultural and Building Products, this position has become available to ongoing business and contract growth.
Quality manager role and responsibilities:
- Monitor concrete testing at factories to ensure compliance with national standards and specifications.
- Maintain and update approved concrete mix designs in coordination with the Technical Team.
- Ensure all Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are up-to-date and relevant to manufactured products.
- Identify, report, and manage non-conformances effectively.
- Prepare clear and concise technical and management reports.
- Support product and material trials, including innovation initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with Technical and Quality Teams to ensure alignment.
- Promote and ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety.
- Stay current with industry standards and apply new knowledge to improve practices.
- Undertake additional tasks as requested by Senior Management.
Previous Experience:
- Experience in architectural and structural precast concrete manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete technology and statistical analysis.
- Excellent numerical, measurement, and cross-referencing skills.
- Methodical problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, interacting at all levels.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently within a team.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
