My client is seeking a talented and driven individual to join the Ely office at a senior level, with excellent prospects for progression to Director and Shareholder.
About the Role:You will lead and manage a thriving Commercial Property practice, supervising a team of two Lawyers and three Secretaries. The role offers a mix of high-quality work, leadership responsibilities and strategic input into the future of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a broad range of commercial property matters
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Skills & Experience Required:
- A qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Commercial Property law
- Ideally at Senior Associate level or above
- Some knowledge of Agricultural Law is advantageous but not essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work from the Ely office regularly (relocation support available if needed)
