We are working with a 5 star national housebuilder that are seeking a Project Manager to deliver a flagship site, 300+ unit scheme overall several phases

This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded national developer on a brand-new scheme from inception to handover, with full autonomy and support from a stable, well-structured regional team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of a 300-unit new build site (predominantly traditional build)

Manage site-based teams including Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and NHBC regulations

Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to senior leadership

Coordinate with technical, commercial, and sales departments

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and uphold the 5* customer service reputation
