HSE Manager | Ely | Fresh Produce
Salary: 45,000 to 55,000 + Site Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours

What You'll Be Doing

* Lead on all Health, Safety and Environmental matters across a busy food manufacturing site.
* Monitor, evaluate, and implement systems to ensure full legal compliance and continuous improvement.
* Investigate incidents and implement preventative actions.
* Develop and deliver training to promote safe working practices across the site.
* Drive environmental initiatives to reduce waste, energy, and water usage.
* Work closely with the management team to shape long-term strategies around safety culture, sustainability, and site improvements.

What You'll Need

* Previous hands-on experience in a health & safety role within manufacturing (food or FMCG preferred).
* NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable) or equivalent qualification.
* A proactive, engaging approach - comfortable working with everyone from shop floor to senior leadership.
* Strong knowledge of SHE management systems and environmental compliance.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to embed a culture of safety and responsibility.
