?? What You'll Be Doing:- Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Supporting students with their learning and engagement
- Working across a variety of subjects and year groups
- Experience working with young people (e.g. as a TA, mentor, or volunteer)
- A degree or equivalent qualification (ideal for recent graduates)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
