Senior Estimator | Ely & Cambridge
My client, a respected, family-owned building contractor with over 30 years' experience delivering quality projects across Cambridgeshire - from specialist works to multi-million-pound developments, are nowseeking a Senior Estimator to join them.
In this role, you'll prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates across diverse and often complex projects, working closely with our commercial and project teams. You'll bring precision, problem-solving, and commercial awareness to every tender, supporting everything from pricing strategy to value engineering.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in bespoke, specialist, or regional contracting; strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials; excellent analytical skills; and the ability to manage multiple tenders independently while building strong relationships with clients and supply partners.
