A Multi Trade is needed for a Maintenance Company specializing in void repairs for local authority properties.
The role requires a minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience in carpentry, masonry, and/or plumbing, along with demonstrable skills in various trades.
Daily tasks include carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, patch plastering, and decorating, ensuring a high-quality service and good customer relationships.
A full current driving license is mandatory, and candidates must be capable of physically demanding work and collaborating within a trade team.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Multi Trade needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking void repairs on local authority properties.

Responsibilities:

Ability toundertake a wide variety of Carpentry, plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi skilled level
Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship
This will include full void repair work.
Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, patch plastering, decorating.

Requirements:

Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
Full current driving license.
Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
Full Driving licence (clean)
Ability to undertake physically demanding work
