A multi-trade builder is needed in Chichester, West Sussex, for a luxury mansion refurbishment project.
The client is a high-spec building contractor seeking candidates with experience in multiple trades, ideally three or more.
Preferred trades include carpentry, dry lining, plastering, tiling, painting, roofing, and brickwork.
Applicants must have relevant experience, their own tools and transport, and checkable references.

Multi-Trade required in Chichester, West Sussex.

Our client are a high spec building contractor based in the Chichester area who are now looking for a multi-trade / general builder to assist on one of their projects. This site is a luxury mansion refurbishment. They are happy to consider multi-skilled builders from all trade backgrounds, but being competent in most disciplines is very useful.

Ideally you will be competent in 3 or more of the below trades, with one of them being your preference:

Carpentry
Dry Lining
Plastering
Tiling
Painting
Roofing
Brickwork

Must have:

Relevant experience
Own tools & transport
Checkable references
