• Procuring electronic components and materials to meet production timelines

• Creating and managing purchase orders with precision and efficiency

• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and swift issue resolution

• Supporting cost analysis, supplier negotiations, and sourcing strategies

• Keeping ERP/MRP systems accurate and up-to-date

• Partnering with engineering, production, and stores teams to keep things running smoothly

• Organised, proactive, and a natural communicator

• Passionate about supply chain and procurement

• Experienced with MRP/ERP systems (or quick to learn)

• Comfortable working independently or within a collaborative team

• Ideally familiar with electronics and manufacturing environments

• You bring 1–2 years of buying or administrative experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically within electronics 

• Every last Friday of the month off – enjoy a long weekend every month, on top of your holiday allowance

• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

• 3-day Christmas shutdown (and no, it doesn’t come out of your holiday balance!)
