Our client is seeking a proactive and professional service professional to help drive the success of their expanding e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, enjoys building client relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.
As a key contact for their B2B ecommerce clients, you will ensure an exceptional service experience from onboarding through ongoing account management. Your focus will be on delivering timely support, maintaining accurate account information, overseeing subscription-related processes, and ensuring that every client receives consistent, high-quality assistance.
The role
路 Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B partners.
路 Deliver exceptional service that consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.
路 Handle incoming email and phone enquiries.
路 Manage multiple inboxes to ensure all communication is timely and accurate.
路 Work closely with internal departments to support efficient order processing and delivery.
路 Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth account setup process.
路 Manage billing and account updates.
路 Provide support to clients on program features, tools, and technical workflows.
The candidate
路 Experience within a B2B ecommerce business
路 Hands on knowledge using dropshipping
路 2 years of customer service experience within a professional environment.
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路 Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
路 Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
