Are you a great communicator who loves making a difference? Adecco is recruiting Telephone Researchers to help Leicestershire Police gather valuable public feedback that drives real service improvements.
Key Points:
- Working 12 hours per week
- Shift times: 6pm to 9pm, Monday to Thursday
- Based at Leicestershire Police Force HQ, Enderby.
- Hourly Rate: 12.55 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Conduct friendly, structured telephone interviews with members of the public.
- Listen carefully, ask probing questions, and record accurate responses.
- Be empathetic, professional, and courteous on every call.
- Help the police understand community needs by gathering important data.
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced typing skills .
- Good Excel skills.
- Experience speaking with the public on the phone or face-to-face.
- Ability to follow scripts and work towards KPIs.
- Strong listening skills and a compassionate approach.
- Quick to learn new software and follow guidelines.
- Must have lived continuously in the UK for the past 3 years (Police requirement).
