An Ofsted-rated 'Good’ primary school in Enfield is currently seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join their front office team from September 2025. This is a key role focused on managing and improving attendance while providing front-line administrative support.

This friendly, one-form entry school offers a unique and enriching environment for both staff and pupils. With stunning outdoor facilities including a fruit orchard, running track, allotments, large sports field, outdoor gym, and even a school dog, it’s a truly special place to work. The school regularly hosts published authors, Tottenham youth players, and a chess master to enrich the curriculum and inspire pupils.
The Role:
The successful candidate will take the lead on all matters relating to pupil attendance and punctuality. You will also support general administrative duties within a busy and welcoming school office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and recording daily attendance
- Liaising with families regarding absences and lateness
- Maintaining accurate records using school systems
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and families
- Supporting wider office and school admin functions
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous admin experience (school-based preferred)
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A calm and efficient manner with a positive, proactive attitude
- A genuine interest in supporting pupils’ wellbeing and success
