Smart10 Recruitment is proud to be working with a client located in Enfield, to recruit a dedicated Work Placement Administrator. This role plays a vital part in connecting students with meaningful work experience opportunities that enhance their studies and career prospects.

The Role

As Work Placement Administrator, you’ll be the driving force behind securing, managing, and tracking work experience and industry placements. You’ll work closely with students, employers, to ensure placements meet all health, safety, and learning requirements. The successful applicant will have previous Administration and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage suitable work placements in line with students' study programmes.
  • Conduct pre-placement checks, including on-site visits, risk assessments, and safeguarding compliance.
  • Support high-needs learners in accessing and completing placements successfully.
  • Maintain accurate placement records and data to meet audit and funding compliance.
  • Work with the Business Development team to explore wider opportunities such as apprenticeships or commercial courses.
  • Liaise with college teams and careers advisors to raise awareness of placement importance.
  • Build and maintain strong employer relationships to create ongoing placement pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skill
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Confident using databases and Microsoft Office tools
  • A flexible, proactive, and collaborative approach

Essential Qualifications

  • Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or willingness to achieve)
