Fraser Edwards is recruiting for a full-time Passive Fire Stopper for a leading Social Housing Contractor.
The role involves fire risk assessments, reactive fire prevention, passive fire stopping works, and general maintenance repairs.
Candidates should have a full driving license, and previous social housing experience is desirable.
An NVQ Qualification Level 2 in passive fire protection is also preferred.
The position offers 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with a competitive salary based on experience.

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Passive Fire Stopper for a full-time role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

Fire Risk Assessments
Reactive fire prevention
Passive fire stopping works
Finishing
General maintenance repairs in properties
Liaise with tenants/residents

Essential:

Full Driving Licence (Company van & Fuel Card Provided)

Desirable:

Previous Social Housing Experience
NVQ Qualification Level 2 in passive Fire Protection

(25 days holiday plus bank holidays)
