The RoleAs an Auto Electrician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical systems on a wide range of petrol, diesel, hybrid, and EV vehicles. You’ll work closely with our prep team to ensure every car is road-ready, fault-free, and meets our high-quality standards before hitting the forecourt.
Key Responsibilities-
Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of electrical and electronic vehicle systems

Work on hybrid and electric vehicles, including battery systems, charging components, and onboard electronics.

Inspect and repair wiring, lighting, sensors, ECUs, control modules, instrument clusters, and infotainment systems

Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve issues across all makes and models

Complete job cards and system updates accurately

Support the prep and delivery of high-quality vehicles on tight turnaround schedules

Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the UK automotive sector as an Auto Electrician

Experience across all makes and models, including hybrids and EVsStrong skills in diagnostics, fault-finding, and repair of vehicle electrical systems

Must have own tools

Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised and manage workload efficiently

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Flexibility to work either AM or PM shifts + 2 Saturdays/month

Must be willing to complete a 3-hour trial

Sponsorship may be available, but minimum 2 years of UK-based workshop experience is required

EV or hybrid certifications

Level 3 Vehicle Electrics qualification

Experience using diagnostic platforms such as Bosch, Snap-on, or Autel
