An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technician to join well-established used car retailer. This full-time role offers a salary range of £38,000 - £45,000 and benefits.

As a Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard body repairs and refinishing across various vehicles, ensuring all work aligns with required specifications and industry standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out dent removals, panel replacements, and structural body repairs.

  • Preparing vehicles for paint application, including sanding, masking and priming.

  • Applying spray finishes to meet quality expectations.

  • Conducting final quality checks to ensure a smooth and accurate finish.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure repair deadlines are met.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, Bodyshop Technician, Body Technician or in a similar role.
  • Experience in vehicle body repair and panel beating.

  • Strong understanding of accident damage repair methods and refinishing techniques.

  • NVQ, ATA, IMI Level 3 or similar qualification would be preferred.

  • Valid UK driving licence.
