Remuneration: £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience) + 30% bonus
Benefits: £450 car allowance & benefits packages
The role of the Business Development Manager Roof & Building Membranes will involve:
Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of temporary site protection, roof & bundling membranes, ground & gas membranes and breather membranes
All of your time will be spent selling to architects, specifiers and main contractors
May have a smaller element of your role dealing with merchants as the position involves
Turnover target will be established depending on your experience
Will cover London & South East, would be preferable to be based in the Northern Home Counties however not essential
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager Roof & Building Membranes with:
Must have sold a technically aligned building product such as: building protection, roofing membranes, wall membranes, building protection, fixings, cladding, curtain walling, building envelope, waterproofing, brick works, insulation, drylining, fire protection etc
Must have sold to architects, specifiers and main contractors
Would consider someone selling to merchants if youre selling roof / building protection & membranes, with sounds technical knowledge
Must be personable
Organised, hungry and hardworking
