Customer Service Coordinator – About our client:
Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s growing and highly successful team based in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience to join a supportive business that truly values its people.

Customer Service Coordinator – Details:
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (office-based)
• Onsite parking

Customer Service Coordinator – Responsibilities:
• Process incoming customer and client orders accurately using Sage software, ensuring all details are recorded and followed up appropriately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, delivering excellent service and clear communication.
• Support Area Sales Managers with administrative tasks, including report preparation and record updates.
• Identify and resolve customer issues or discrepancies, escalating to the Operations Manager when required.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the department.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed to contribute to departmental efficiency and success.

Customer Service Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organisation and processing abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with Sage software is beneficial.
