Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role Involves:
- Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week, across 5 days including weekends/bank holidays)
- Rotating between two luxury care homes
- Leading and managing the kitchen and dining services
- Designing and delivering high-quality, nutritious menus
- Managing procurement, food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
- Recruiting, training, and developing kitchen staff
- Creating a welcoming and family-style dining experience for residents
What We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience as a Head Chef in a care or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and dietary requirements
- Proven track record in team development and operational management
