What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- A customer-first mindset paired with a commercial, goal-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- High levels of self-motivation and a hands-on, lead-from-the-front attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets
- Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Manage daily operations including deal files, handovers, and sales pipeline
- Ensure compliance and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high achievement
- Recruit, train, and resource the sales team to support long-term success
Working Hours
- Weekend working (both Saturday and Sunday) with days off in the week
- 4 Days week 1, 5 days week 2
- 1 Weekend off Per month
