My client is a market leading business, installing and selling fulfilment services for vending machines in offices, workspaces and all work settings.
Due to rapid growth and success, they are now looking for a resilient and confident new business development manager to help us drive their ambitious goals. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and increasing sales of wholesale products.The successful candidate will be a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful client partnerships.Ready to kick-start your career? Join their sales team and be part of a company that’s redefining workplace refreshments.Objectives• New machine installations to sell ancillary products• Existing clients not currently ordering wholesale products• Client sister sites and neighbouring businesses• New Business prospectsResponsibilities• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach.• Understand client requirements and customise solutions to align with their workplace culture and objectives.• Communicating with clients on the phone and face-to-face to secure orders and upsell products• Contacting new business prospects and conducting meetings to win the business• Visiting client neighbours and identifying wholesale and machine sales prospects• Develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients and highlight value proposition.Typically, three days per week will be spent in the office phoning clients/ prospects to book meetings, the other two days will be spent in the field conducting client meetingsOn average, 5-10 meetings per week will be booked/conductedRequirements• 2+ years of experience in a similar role• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system• Proven history of achievement• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)• Fluent in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills• Good social skills• Full UK Driving licenseBenefits & Perks• Company vehicle• Competitive base salary + highly competitive uncapped commission• Extensive training and career development opportunities.• 4 weeks (20 days) paid holiday plus bank holidays with an additional day’s holiday for each year of service
