On offer is the opportunity to join a leading plumbing and air movement material supplier. They have been serving the trade for over 100 years and offer a wide range of products including valves, tubes and fittings, press systems, and drainage solutions. Additionally, they provide plant and tool hire services to sole traders and businesses within the construction industry.

In this role you will be working within the sales team to identify and source new business opportunities, attracting new sales within the construction sector. With a generous commission structure, your work will be rewarded and you will receive the necessary training on all products offered. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts to maintain strong client relationships and ongoing business growth.

The Role:

  • Provide customers with knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable service while maximising branch sales and gross profit
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing business growth
  • Proactively generate new business through self-sourced lead generation and targeted outreach
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently to maintain smooth operations
  • Support field sales representatives with account management and sales activities
  • Attend industry events and customer networking opportunities to strengthen supplier and client relationships
  • Work towards and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets

The Person:

  • Sales experience, preferably with a merchants background
  • Commutable to Enfield
