Working closely with your Contracts Manager, Site Manager, and QS team, you’ll help manage site coordination, subcontractors, timelines, quality, and cost control. 3–5 years’ experience in construction project delivery
Ideally with a main contractor or residential specialist
Comfortable working under JCT contracts (especially D&B)
Organised, proactive, and confident managing subcontractors and client expectations
Degree or HNC in Construction Management or similar (preferred)
