- Provide high-quality administrative support for compliance services, including data entry, documentation management, and record keeping.
- Review risk assessments, service records, and raise relevant repairs or actions; monitor and chase outstanding tasks.
- Upload and maintain supporting documents in line with agreed protocols.
- Coordinate appointments between contractors, residents, and internal teams.
- Handle contractor queries and manage follow-up communications effectively.
- Prepare legal packs and manage the issue of access letters to residents.
- Support the delivery of service improvements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, support reporting, and assist in service planning and project delivery.
- Experience working within a business support or administration environment, delivering high-quality services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
