Graduate Teaching Assistant

Reeson Education is recruiting a committed and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant with a passion for SEN to work in a friendly primary school in Enfield. This Graduate Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, and SEMH.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting learning, behaviour, and social skills. This is an ideal role for a Psychology or Education graduate looking for hands-on experience before pursuing further study or teacher training.

• Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant

• £82.14-£100 per day

• Supporting SEN pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Working alongside class teachers, SENCO, and external specialists

• Degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or similar

• A proactive, empathetic Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Interest in SEN and inclusive education

• DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
