The role involves providing reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding, fault rectification, and ensuring correct electrical installations within domestic properties and communal areas.
The salary for this position ranges from £38,000 to £40,000, with additional benefits including a modern company van, fuel card, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and a private pension scheme.
Desirable qualifications include C& G 2391/2 or 2394/5, and social housing experience is preferred, with opportunities for great career progression.

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Electrician for a Permanent role.

Our client is a well-established Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its electrical team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

All candidates must have a Full Driving Licence and relevant qualifications and/or experience.

The Role:

Provide reactive electrical maintenance within domestic properties and communal areas

Provide electrical fault finding and fault rectification

Electrical Testing

Ensure correct electrical installation and produce relevant certification

Essential:

BS 7671 18th Edition

C&G Level 3 or equivalent

Required C&G 2391/2 or 2394/5 or equivalent
