Import Administrator – About our client:
Osborne Appointments are recruiting for an Import Administrator to join our client’s growing and highly successful team based in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience in stock control, purchasing, or imports within a supportive and dynamic business.

Import Administrator – Details:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (office-based)
• Onsite parking

Import Administrator – Responsibilities:
• Review sales data and manage reorders with international and domestic suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure all stock processes comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock information using SAGE 200.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including negotiation and liaison.
• Analyse stock and market trends to support purchasing decisions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarding companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Import Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
• Strong Excel skills essential.
• Experience with import procedures and SAGE software beneficial.
• Reliable and trustworthy team player.
• Good level of numeracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.

This role could suit someone with experience as an Inventory Controller, Merchandiser, Demand Planner, or Imports Administrator.
