Behaviour Mentor - Enfield -January 2025- 100-120 a day (depending on experience)

As a part of Teach360's recruitment process, we are currently looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Newham. It would be ideal if the candidate had experience working with young people who have SEMH, SEN or challenging behaviour and would be able to provide excellent guidance and support.

About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield

  • To assist students in Classrooms
  • Work alongside other staff members such as Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers and Pastoral Support workers
  • Delivering 1:1 direct interventions and support within the classroom
  • Work alongside the class teacher and other staff to help provide the best learning environment for students
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and in interventions activities through observation
  • Promote inclusion of all pupils within the classroom
