We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Worker for ongoing projects in the Enfield area.
The pay rate for this role is £22.50 per hour for LTD company workers and £19.18 per hour for PAYE, inclusive of holiday.
Candidates should have proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry and plumbing.
A full UK driving licence is preferred, along with own tools and PPE.
This position offers ongoing work, weekly pay, and the opportunity for long-term assignments with an immediate start.

Location: Enfield, North LondonHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMRole Overview:As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for a range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Basic plastering and tiling
Painting and decorating
General property maintenance

Requirements:

Proven experience in multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Own tools and PPE
Right to work in the UK
