Multi traders in the social housing sector - Enfield Based 

Responsibilities for the Multi Trader role:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Ideally we are looking for multi trader candidates who are confident in both plumbing and carpentry maintenance repairs. 

• Van and fuel card are provided
• 42.5 hour working week
• Up to £44k per year 

Working for a well known social housing outfit with properties across the whole of the UK - this patch would be covering within a close proximity of Enfield. An easy going company with room for progression after probation.
