Responsibilities

• You will craft and deliver engaging Science lessons, igniting curiosity in Physics and demonstrating its real-world applications.
• The role involves expertly guiding students through the intricacies of physical concepts, adhering to a well-structured and challenging curriculum.
• You will cultivate a vibrant and inquiry-based learning environment, encouraging students to explore, question, and develop their scientific reasoning skills.
• You will assess and monitor student progress in Science (Physics) with precision, providing insightful feedback that empowers them to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physics or Science with a strong Physics background is essential.
• Experience teaching engaging and effective Science lessons with a focus on Physics at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable.
• A deep and current understanding of physical principles, coupled with the ability to make the subject accessible and exciting, is expected.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside strong classroom management, are vital to creating a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
