Strip Fitter

Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Strip Fitter to join a state-of-the-art bodyshop in the Enfield area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, well-equipped workshop that takes pride in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strip and refit vehicles to the highest standards following accident repair.

• Ensure all parts are removed, labelled, and stored safely for reassembly.

• Carry out all work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed within deadlines.

• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Strip Fitter / MET Technician in a busy bodyshop environment.

• ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred but not essential.

• Strong technical and mechanical knowledge.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Salary: 45,000 to 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
