Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computer Science Teacher lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop students' programming skills in various languages and their understanding of computer systems and networks.
- Foster a stimulating and collaborative learning environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving in computer science.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Computer Science, providing constructive feedback to support their development as digital learners.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Computer Science or a closely related subject.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Computer Science Teacher lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- A strong and comprehensive knowledge of computer science principles and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical ideas clearly and engagingly to students.
