Responsibilities

  • Foster a supportive and challenging classroom environment that encourages mathematical reasoning and exploration.

  • Assess and monitor student progress in Mathematics, providing clear and constructive feedback to support their mathematical journey.


Requirements


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Mathematics.

  • Demonstrated experience teaching Mathematics Teacher lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • A strong and comprehensive knowledge of mathematical concepts and effective teaching methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex mathematical ideas clearly and engagingly to students of varying abilities.
