Are you an experienced construction professional looking to pass on your skills and support the next generation entering the trade? Remedy Education is working closely with a college in Enfield, and they are looking for a committed Construction Tutor to join their vocational team one day per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with learners, understands the importance of industry-standard training, and wants to make a real impact without committing to a full-time teaching timetable.

About the Role

As a Construction Tutor, you'll be delivering practical and theory-based sessions to learners working from Entry Level up to Level 2. This will include key construction skills, site safety awareness, and preparation for CSCS requirements.

Your role will include:

  • Delivering engaging, hands-on construction sessions
  • Supporting learners with both practical skills and underpinning knowledge
  • Ensuring course content meets current industry and safety standards
  • Providing both academic and pastoral support where needed
  • Contributing to a positive and productive workshop/classroom environment

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of teaching experience - the college welcomes both qualified lecturers and skilled tradespeople looking to step into teaching.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Strong experience in construction, site safety, or CSCS-related work
  • Good understanding of health & safety regulations and best practice
  • Confidence working with learners of varied backgrounds and abilities
